The Process
1. Discovery & Strategy
We interviewed stakeholders and reviewed 10+ competitors to define Medibliss’s strengths. These insights shaped journey mapping and modular layouts to simplify navigation and reduce user friction.
2. Visual Identity & UX Design
We designed a warm, clinical-safe identity with soft blues, friendly typography, and a trusted logo. The Figma-built site used real imagery and mobile-friendly components for a calm experience.
3. E-Commerce Build & Optimization
We implemented WooCommerce with product variations, live stock tracking, and WhatsApp integration. The result was a fast, responsive, and emotionally intuitive online store ready for scale.
